I got on eHarmony because it said they had Hundreds of listings to look at and talk to. I am in Elpaso and the list was 4.4 people and I paid them for that I am so stupid. I asked for a refund and they said no. There are more listing but they are like 200 to 300 miles away. They all say that it is to far for a relationship and I agree. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. THAT WAY I CAN GO TO MATCH AND MAYBE FINE SOMEONE.

You wonder why there is such a proliferation of dating websites… predominantly to make money.
This (eharmony) is a slick entity but much of the same behind the wanky algorithm horse???? they peddle..it is ever so deviant.
My 3 month sub expired/lapsed (as who the F would sign up for a year!!! ) - just think about it.. take a minute, You happen to meet someone, they think your on the level, they looked for honestly, not a multi-dater/player and your phone keeps pinging with the eharmony fake bots to continue to try entice a further how ever many months, what the F …no don’t be dumb.
So 3 months sub, had some luck, dated and felt no need to continue as an ongoing open account is the wrong sign is it not when in a fledgling relationship? not still window shopping for an upgrade…?
Cancelled the account auto payment collection and closed account. Except no…these greedy cu%*s want more and more. Once your 3 month expires and you show no interest to rejoin they send you a plethora of fake bot crap that tries to entice with pixelated out pictures of numerous potentials - and yes when your fledgling relationship takes a wobble and you wish to duck back into this it turns out that what you thought were the same terms and in fact 12months to view the enticing fake bots/fake accounts just to get you back in. It is a method they all use from the biggest ???? peddlers like these to the lowliest. They really should know better than to revert to desperate means. Collection agency? Really…? collect my ass ..
I urge you don’t touch these clowns, they have the same fake pictures/accounts across several platforms that all merge fake and otherwise into this puddle of ????
In hindsight I was not desperate enough to be scammed, live and learn I guess, small print, reams and reams of the ????…tread carefully or kiss good bye to your cash..they will charge you with or without your consent or wish. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Total scam , I emailed about their cancellation policy they emailed me back a whole paragraph stating I had 14 days to cancel be prorated for how many days I used . The first day I had log in issues . I used the email I had from Customer service to contact them . They fixed the issue with the login. But added oh we made a mistake you cannot cancel . I immediatly [ total time 8 hours ] tried to cancel they said no. I am disputing the chrage . if that does not work I advise everyone to file in court. They will not spend the money to get an out of State attorney . Everyone I spoke with on site said they had been hoodwinked. Any reputable Company seeing their own email would have canceled my subscription.

Horrible experience. I originally signed up for the six months at $158. The process is long and I quickly found that the matches were generally far away and not actually compatible. When I emailed them to challenge on their matching criteria they said that my preferences of age range (which was 15 years), smoking preference (no) and education status were too restrictive. I eventually stopped using the app and then got the autorenewal bill of $790 which is against policy to refund. I will accept responsibility that I didn't discontinue the autorenewal, but most other sites would give you a heads up and then not charge you the equivalent of a month's mortgage payment in some places.

They deleted my account without my permission and expect me to pay out the rest of my contract without access to my account. They will not do anything to help me and will not refund me or let me out of my contract! Do not sign up! You cannot get out of your contract no matter what. The matches suck as well! They have asked me to make a new account and repay and that's the only way I can have access to eharmony because they completed deleted my profile.

Awful! Full of abandoned profiles and scammers.
They WON"T give you your money back - their phone is just giving off a busy signal and emailing doesn't get a response.
It may have been a legit site ones but now it pretty well degenerated into a SCAM

If I can give it a 1/2 star I would. I recently purchased a plan and asked to cancel with refund. They refuse to provide a refund because I purchased the plan in installments. The preview of potentials is nothing like what they show you once you purchase a plan. I had a lot of shilouette profiles. This company will hoodwink and bamboozle you. DO NOT JOIN

No ability to filter by photos or physical traits. Non existent customer service. Expensive and matches are pulled from outside preferred distance. I will not be renewing.

Disgraceful. Lead to believe I had cancelled after finding no matches within 100km, only to find out they will cancel my account only after I’ve paid for 12 months subscription.
DO NOT SIGN UP to these absolute con artists.

Garbage app, huge cost to join, terrible $$ plans, takes so long to answer the questions to start that they hope you become premium for a discount of $65/ every month with a 6 month membership and no guarantees. Questions to get started even ask "everyone chooses that choice because it makes sense, are you sure you thought about it?"

This company is a thief I accidentally agreed to the wrong type of payment plan and they refuse to refund my 343.00 after not being able to login to my account or not being able to get ahold of anyone they tell me it’s too late to file a dispute that!!! ????????????????
